What: Images and stories from our RV adventure, mostly from the angle of why people go RVing.
I love photography, graphic design, web design, and listening to people's stories. What better way to combine these loves than by sitting down with fellow RVers to hear their stories and then share them with you?!
What kind of stories I'm looking for: Life stories from full- and part-time RVers who want to share.
What's in it for you? A free retouched digital portrait and inclusion in the project!
Why: Why not? My husband Tim and I are independently employed and have been RVing full-time since June of 2010. I have had my own businesses full-time since 2007 (3 overlapping businesses in that period of time), and Tim has been a full-time online professor since we hit the road!
Where: the gorgeous and amazing United States and Canada!
When: June 2010 until whenever...at least a year, God willing!
quick overview:
Minnesota native. Presently in PhD program for Organizational Leadership. MBA in Leadership. Undergrad in Theology, Music, & Spanish. College volleyball coach, computer trainer for senior citizens, and sports photographer for several years back in the day. Owner of The Collective Savvy, a concierge marketing + social media coaching firm. Loves photography, gadgets, and traveling with Tim. Likes a good root beer float. Classically trained pianist. Can't wait to see Hawaii.
Key philosophies: I believe God is sovereign and has a plan for our lives. It winds through fun and not-so-fun times, and sometimes we can't see any further down the path than the tips of our shoes, but always it leads to a good place. We believe we have specific purposes in life: teaching, encouraging, and living fully are just a few. We were meant to be free, and RVing provides some of the greatest freedom known to humans...free of a mortgage, free of huge amounts of stuff, and free to roam this beautiful country!
